A future photographer?

Danielle LOVES to take photos. She was always wanting to use our digital camera. So, when a friend of ours told us about the Rough and Tough fisher price digital camera for kids we knew we had to get it. It was a hot ticket this year. Mommy spent hours calling and searching before scoring one. It works just like a "grown up" camera. It takes some decent pictures. For those with kids...I would definitely recommend. Just be careful...there are now several pictures of Mommy bending over (not my best side), of Mommy with no makeup, half makeup, sleeping, eating, and other things I wish were NOT captured on film. (thank goodness for the delete button)
A December to Remember

Sorry for the lack of info out of Elderberry Lane. Its definitely been a busy December. We had our first big snowfall. Danielle loves to play out in the snow. Brian was able to fix his snowblower just in time too.
With Mommy's new job this year has been challenging. Im learning all about year end financials and the company's bottom line....I dont even really balance my own checkbook, so this is all new to me. BUT....I really can say that I enjoy what I do for the most part. One of the perks to my new position is I get to work from home most Fridays. December was truly a busy work month. Didnt think I would get all of our shopping done.
We had a great Christmas. We enjoyed our time with family. We watched Danielle and BJ open gifts here Christmas morning then went to Busia's house to be with the rest of the family. Danielle finally got her new jeep/atv. She had gotten a Barbie jeep when she turned three, but was afraid to step on the gas. Not this year. Our baby is ATVing all over the house. (thanks Daddy for fixing the wheels so it doesnt scratch Mommy's floor!!!)
Brian and I took a few days off between Christmas and the New Year. Brian more than me as those numbers at work werent going to figure themselves out....We took the kids bowling. Danielle in true Danielle fashion enjoyed twirling her little ballet moves after she would let the ball go. BJ was of course the big bowling champ. Mommy and Daddy did ok, but had more fun watching our kids.
