Why this car is Automatic....
It's systomatic.....It's Hyyyydddromatic....why its Greased Lightening.....(that was their song for the routine).
The girls did a fabulous job today at their competition at Prospect High School in Mt.Prospect. Unfortunately, the video is too long to upload. But take my word for it...it was DYNAMITE. For Danielle's first cheer competition experience, we had no idea what to expect, so we just went with the flow. (I know, not easy for a part Rezler to do.)
Here are a few being silly right when we got there....

And right after their superb performance...

Here she is waiting for the awards ceremony with best friend, Sarah.

And here, when they announced the winning team in the Grade 2 and under category....

Hey D? What's that you got there? Oh yeah Baby...That's some GOLD...Hardware,Bling, Mantle Decoration....Go Wolves!!!

It was a long, long, long day. We had to arrive before 10AM and the awards ceremony concluded at about 3:25. The girls did great for being so young...and not being able to watch any of the other routines. They kept the girls out in a "holding" room for most of the day. Mommy is tired. Danielle is tired, but she doesn't know it yet. But...it was a good day. Mommy is proud of her.
Next week we get to do it all over again...a little closer to home.
