Daddy's Little Girl

Brian and Danielle had Daddy-Daughter dance tonight....



Danielle picked out her own dress...note that it is NOT anything like Mommy had brought into the dressing room to try on....But that is a story for another day. I am not sure when she turned into a teenager, but dress shopping was sure stressful.

She got her hair done for the occasion...at the "salon".



Brian is pretty lucky to be her first date to the dance...


BJ is home for spring break so he got to practice checking out Danielle's dates....he hasn't said yet if he approves.

Music Concert...BUGS BUGS BUGS

Danielle and her classmates performed a music concert. We were lucky enough to get FRONT ROW seats. They sang songs about BUGS.




Danielle got to play an instrument...I think its the cassaba. (not the cabassa that I had been calling it all week prior.) She did a great job.

I'm not sure whose idea it was for the floppy hats on the kids' heads, but it just seemed to make it harder for the parents to be able to see their child around the kid in front of them.




I wonder what they will sing about for third grade?!
