Goodbye greeen walls

Sorry for the delay in postings. We painted the office last weekend and not only was I tired, but the computer was not all hooked up. When we bought our house the only thing i absolutely hated was the office. It was SPARTAN green. Everytime I went in it, it was all I could think about. So, after finally deciding on a color we painted it. (Apricot) Danielle helped us with the primer.....lots of primer. And yes she is painting in her underwear....easier to get the paint off of her that way.

Bj has his conference meet today. Will try to remember to get a post up later...maybe even a picture. He got a medal last Monday for finishing 5th overall at the Lake County Invitational.

How brave of you to be painting w/o a tarp? Danielle will remember that you and daddy let her paint too.

But have you forgotten everything you learned from mom and dad about paint? Where is the paintrag that should be hanging out the back of Danielle's undies? This is a tradition passed on to painters in our family since BigDziadzia and SupaBusia painted everything.
Also the rule of thumb is: mom paints above the baseboard, around the doors and windows while the dad rolls paint on the walls. Please correct these oversights next time and then come paint my kitchen.

Well, you will notice we left out the photos of Brian and I. No paint rags. We have a water bucket for spills. We did have a "tarp but it was under Mommy and Daddy. I did do the edging of the primer while Brian and Danielle rolled it but when it came time for the color it was all Mommy.

And Brian painted our kitchen...i have no patience for cabinets and things...so get your request to him!!

But Danielle was following the most important family tradition... painting in undies. That's how I do it, anyway.
