Its the shoes....
Tuesday's meet at Warren was all business. Bj ran, and he ran fast. Dziadzia was there stopwatch in hand. I'm sure he will post the split times in his comments.
Bj's final time was 17:15. So he is shaving time off with every race. Danielle made him a sign to hold up as he ran past. I think the team has unofficially made her their one and only cheerleader.
He finished first on his team again and had the lead for most of the race, but a couple of kids from Warren managed to catch him in the last mile. He finished strong though and we are really proud of how well he did.

5:30 split at the first mile. Which is a whole lot better that burning himself out with a 4:34 split. The boy did good.
